We organised a day-long workshop for the senior leadership team in order to open up the avenues of communication, identify blockers, and work out a clear route for developing transformational leadership.
A clear process
designed for efficiency
The process begins with a strategic consultation session focusing on the leaders and managers within the business. Together with your C-suite or senior leadership team, we understand what you want to achieve, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what is holding your people back. This gives clarity on your current leadership challenges, which enables us to document a clear, actionable coaching and mentoring strategy that will achieve the required improvements and outcomes. Developing your people and teams is all about building strong and trusting relationships between the coach and coachees. So at this stage, we meet the people we’ll be working with individually. Informal and confidential, the introductory sessions enable the radical honesty, trust, and transparency needed to identify specific learning and development objectives, current challenges, and problems and map out a pathway to achieving or overcoming them. Our structured coaching and mentoring sessions are built around the needs of the individual. No two sessions are the same because no two people and no two sets of challenges are, but each one is designed to achieve a single goal: tackle those challenges head-on and give people the skills, confidence and self-awareness they need to overcome them. In follow-on sessions, a process of reflection and discussion takes place to ensure positive and sustainable change occurs. Self-reflection is critical to any development process – and we’re big believers in practicing what we preach. At pre-agreed milestones, we work with the C-suite or senior leadership team to receive feedback and report on progress, always maintaining individual confidentiality so as to ensure trust and integrity in the coaching process.
