Creating Dynamic ADHD Leaders Circle
Harnessing ADHD Strengths. Managing Challenges. Leading With Confidence.
A 12-month leadership development partnership for managers, directors, business owners and experienced professionals with ADHD.
ADHD does not define your leadership potential. Understanding how it influences the way you think, communicate, organise, respond and lead can help you develop greater clarity, consistency and confidence.
The Circle brings together confidential one-to-one coaching, professionally facilitated peer development, leadership insight, practical executive-function strategies and meaningful accountability.
Six leaders. One trusted Circle. Development centred on the realities of leading with ADHD.
Only six founder-member places.
£750 per month plus VAT for the 12-month programme.
The leadership effect
The central truth
You Do Not Need to Become a Different Person to Become a More Effective Leader
Many leaders with ADHD are creative, energetic and highly capable. They can see connections other people miss, respond quickly when circumstances change, generate original ideas and bring intense focus to work that matters.
But leadership can also amplify less visible challenges. Priorities compete. Routine responsibilities accumulate. Delegation becomes inconsistent. Important details become buried beneath urgent demands.
The answer is to understand how you operate, recognise your impact and develop practical approaches that work within the reality of your role.
Strengths to use deliberately
- Creativity
- Original thinking
- Energy and drive
- Rapid problem-solving
- Deep focus
Challenges to manage practically
- Competing priorities
- Task initiation
- Working memory
- Follow-through
- Emotional pressure
What other people may not see
From the Outside, You May Appear Successful. On the Inside, It Can Feel Very Different.
People may see a capable leader who gets things done. What they may not see is the effort behind it.
If some of this feels familiar, it is not proof that you are failing. It may mean your current way of working is demanding more effort than it should.
The cost of carrying on unchanged
Hidden Effort Eventually Creates a Visible Cost
When leadership repeatedly depends on urgency, memory, last-minute effort or personal resilience, it becomes difficult to sustain.
The organisation may also become increasingly dependent on the leader’s personal intervention, energy and problem-solving.
Working harder may resolve today’s immediate problem. It rarely creates a sustainable way to lead tomorrow.
A strengths-based and responsible approach
This Is Not About Fixing a Broken Leader
ADHD is not a lack of intelligence, ambition, commitment or professional ability.
The Circle recognises qualities many—although not all—people with ADHD may experience, including creativity, curiosity, adaptability, entrepreneurial thinking, rapid problem-solving, energy, hyperfocus and a willingness to challenge convention.
Support without avoiding responsibility
You will not be judged against an unrealistic image of the perfectly organised leader.
Nor will ADHD be used as a reason to avoid responsibility for decisions, behaviour or impact.
You will be supported to understand yourself, use your strengths deliberately and develop credible, responsible and sustainable ways of leading.
A more deliberate way to lead
Imagine Leading With Less Hidden Effort and More Choice
This is not a promise that every difficulty will disappear. It is an opportunity to build a personal leadership operating system that makes effective performance more consistent and sustainable.
Clearer priorities
Identify what genuinely deserves your attention and begin important work sooner.
Dependable systems
Reduce reliance on memory, urgency and last-minute recovery.
Better delegation
Transfer responsibility with clearer expectations and follow-through.
More deliberate responses
Pause, process and respond more effectively under pressure.
Greater impact awareness
Understand how different people experience your communication and behaviour.
Repeatable practices
Turn useful insight into approaches that survive busy periods.
Protected strengths
Retain the originality, energy and perspective that make you valuable.
Grounded confidence
Lead with greater confidence because you understand yourself more clearly.
Introducing the solution
The Creating Dynamic ADHD Leaders Circle
A structured 12-month professional leadership development experience for people who want more than information about ADHD.
It combines confidential coaching, facilitated development, a carefully selected Circle of six leaders, professional insight, practical ADHD-informed strategies, workplace application and accountability.
Why this approach is different
Leadership Development Designed Around the Whole Person
Generic productivity advice assumes everyone plans, prioritises, remembers and regulates attention in the same way. Traditional leadership development can overlook why applying useful skills consistently may feel difficult.
ADHD and executive functioning
Understand how attention, initiation, memory, planning, organisation, flexibility, inhibition, emotional regulation and self-monitoring influence work.
Leadership and behaviour
Understand how you communicate, decide, delegate, respond to conflict, contribute to teams and affect other people.
Application and accountability
Turn insight into practical action within your actual role, responsibilities, team and organisation.
This is more than a course, support group, networking community or collection of coaching conversations. It is an applied professional leadership development environment.
Created for leaders ready to understand themselves more deeply
Who Is the Circle For?
Leadership responsibility
- Managers, directors and senior leaders with ADHD.
- Business owners and founders whose working style affects organisational growth.
- Experienced professionals with substantial responsibility or influence.
- People moving into roles with greater complexity, visibility or responsibility.
Personal readiness
- Newly diagnosed leaders reconsidering earlier experiences.
- People diagnosed for some time but still seeking workable approaches.
- Capable leaders privately relying on unsustainable effort.
- People ready for constructive challenge, experimentation and accountable action.
A formal diagnosis is not required to begin a conversation. Suitability is considered through your leadership circumstances, relevant ADHD-related experiences and readiness to participate.
Clear professional boundaries
Professional Leadership Development—Not Therapy or Medical Treatment
The Circle will not be right for everyone. Its purpose is professional development, practical application and accountable action.

Establish and understand
Clarify objectives, complete initial insight work and understand the patterns currently influencing your leadership.
Develop and experiment
Build practical approaches, test them in live situations and identify what works in your role.
Apply and adapt
Use experience and feedback to refine systems, strengthen choices and address more complex situations.
Consolidate and lead
Review progress, embed useful approaches and establish priorities for continued development.
Confidential one-to-one coaching
Your Leadership. Your Circumstances. Your Confidential Space.
Each month, you will have a confidential one-to-one coaching session with Adam Johnson.
You can explore priorities, decisions, workload, relationships, confidence, leadership impact and situations that would not be appropriate to discuss in a group.
Where an employer funds your membership, private coaching content remains confidential. Any objectives or high-level progress reporting will be agreed transparently.
Your coaching can help you:
- Translate learning into action within your role.
- Prepare for important conversations and decisions.
- Examine patterns without judgement or avoidance.
- Review what is—and is not—working.
- Challenge assumptions and unhelpful responses.
- Recover momentum when priorities compete.
- Remain accountable to commitments you choose.
The six-person Circle
Enough Perspective. Enough Space to Be Known.
Every fortnight, you will join a 75-minute professionally facilitated Circle session combining leadership ideas, practical reflection, different perspectives, constructive challenge and commitments for workplace application.
- Every member has time to contribute.
- Real situations can be examined in depth.
- Members become known rather than anonymous.
- Trust and working relationships can develop.
- Different perspectives are heard without crowding the conversation.
- Commitments and progress remain visible.
- Facilitation can respond to each person.
- Quieter reflection has equal value.
Six places protect depth, participation, trust and individual attention. This is not artificial scarcity.
one Circle
Members are expected to respect one another’s privacy. Highly sensitive personal, legal or commercial matters should remain within confidential one-to-one coaching.
Professional insight without labels
See More Clearly How You Think, Contribute, Respond and Lead
Each tool provides a different lens for better-informed leadership choices. It is not used to reduce you to a colour, score or fixed identity.
Your executive-function reflection considers task initiation, working memory, planning, prioritisation, organisation, flexibility, inhibition, emotional regulation and self-monitoring.
360 contributors can simply be told that you are participating in a professional leadership development programme. They do not need to be told which Circle you have joined.
Practical workplace application
Insight Matters. Application Changes What Happens Next.
The objective is to build methods you can actually use—not collect ideas that sound good during a session and disappear afterwards.
One connected development experience
What Your Membership Includes
The value does not sit in one profile, session or conversation. It comes from bringing insight, coaching, peer perspective, workplace action and reflection together over time.

Questions You May Be Considering
Clear answers before you decide whether to begin a confidential conversation.
Ask Adam a question ↗01Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?+
No formal diagnosis is required to begin a Discovery Conversation. The programme does not diagnose ADHD. Suitability will be discussed in relation to your leadership circumstances and relevant experiences.
02Is this therapy or medical support?+
No. It is professional leadership development—not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, medical treatment or a replacement for appropriate clinical support.
03Is the Circle suitable if I am already successful?+
Yes. The Circle is not remedial. It is for capable people carrying meaningful responsibility who want to reduce unnecessary hidden effort and strengthen their leadership impact.
04Will my employer or colleagues be told this is an ADHD programme?+
Not by Creating Dynamic without your permission. 360 contributors can simply be told you are participating in professional leadership development.
05What if my organisation funds my membership?+
Private coaching remains confidential. Any objectives, attendance information or high-level reporting shared with a sponsor will be agreed transparently in advance.
06Why are there only six places?+
Six places protect depth and participation. Every member can contribute, bring real situations into the room, receive individual attention and remain visible within the group’s learning and accountability.
07How much does it cost?+
The founder-member investment is £750 per month plus VAT for 12 months—a total of £9,000 plus VAT.
08Why does it run for 12 months?+
Awareness can develop quickly. Consistent application takes longer. Twelve months allows approaches to be tested and refined across changing priorities, demanding periods and real leadership situations.
09How much time should I allow?+
Allow time for monthly individual coaching, one 75-minute Circle session every fortnight, and appropriate reflection and workplace application between sessions.
10Are sessions online?+
The core individual coaching and Circle sessions are designed for online delivery, allowing leaders in different locations to participate.
11What if I miss a session?+
Group sessions cannot normally be recreated individually. Relevant resources can support continued learning. Rearrangement of individual coaching follows the membership terms supplied before enrolment.

Members are expected to respect one another’s privacy. Creating Dynamic cannot guarantee the conduct of independent participants, so highly sensitive personal, legal or commercial matters belong in confidential individual coaching.
13Is CPD recognition included?+
Yes. Eligible participation and learning hours will be recognised through Continuing Professional Development certification.
14What happens at the end of 12 months?+
You complete a final progress review, recognise changes made and identify priorities for continued development. Any future coaching arrangement would be discussed separately and is not automatic.
